General introduction
FOX AUTORENT is taking care of its business partners and provides valuable services to them which contribute to increase their profit.
How can you profit from our Affiliate Programme?
Besides extending the range of your offered services, you receive a certain commission for all rentals which have been generated by your company, direct or indirect.
Book your cars through our website or place our booking form on your website and make it possible for your clients to rent their cars on your website.
How does the Affiliate Programme work?
You can join our Affiliate Partner programme by filling in the registration form. Once you have sent us the completed form we register your company in our system as an Affiliate Partner and send you the necessary data (your ID number, user name and password) in case of direct bookings on our website or the link for inserting your web based booking engine.
You can then choose which way you would like to sell our services to your clients. We currently offer two options:
1. Web based booking engine:
This is customised to include your company colours and logo and should be inserted into a page within your web site. We suggest that there is a separate section for car rental within your web site so that your clients can clearly identify where to go when they need to book a car. We have some standard sized banners which you can put on the front page of your web site advertising your car rental services.
Once your clients start the booking process, they are then taken directly into the FOX AUTORENT booking system for the second and subsequent stages of the booking system. There is absolutely nothing more for you to do except make money.
You are advised by e-mail every time clients make a booking through your web site! There is no cash to handle as we charge the client at the time of collecting the vehicle.
2. Booking directly on the FOX AUTORENT Website:
If you deal face-to-face with your customers and clients, then this may be the better option for you. It works very similar to booking tickets with the airline companies.
You can start your car reservation for your client by clicking on the FOX Partners button under the FOX AUTORENT car reservation form.
As you go onto a special web page for Affiliate Partners, just enter your Partner ID, User Name and Password and then book a car in the normal way.
The system is very easy to follow and at the end of the process, if the client gives the 'go-ahead’, fill in the client’s details and confirm the reservation.
Both you and the client will receive an e-mailed copy of the reservation request. There is no cash to handle as the client will be charged by FOX AUTORENT for the rental at the time of collecting the vehicle.
Please note that bookings can only be made online more than 24 hours in advance. If you require a car in less than 24 hours, you can ring our Reservation Hotline every day between 08:00 and 20:00 on +36 1 382 9000, give your affiliate partner code and make the reservation immediately.
