How does it work?

 

Once you have registered as an Affiliate Partner and received your ID number,
User Name and Password you can then choose which way you would like to sell
our services to your clients.

 

We currently offer two options:

 

1. Web based booking engine
This is customised to include your company colours and logo and should be inserted into a page within your web site. We suggest that there is a separate section for car rental within your web site so that your clients can clearly identify where to go when they need to book a car. (We have some standard sized banners which you can put on the front page of your web site advertising your car rental services).
  Once your clients start the booking process, they are then taken directly into the Fox Autorent booking system for the second and subsequent stages of the booking system. There is absolutely nothing more for you to do except make money!

You are advised by e-mail every time clients make a booking through your web site! There is no cash to handle as we charge the client at the time of collecting the vehicle.  
 

2. Booking directly on the Fox Autorent Website

If you deal face-to-face with your customers and clients, then this may be the better option for you. It works very similar to booking tickets with the airline companies. Just go onto a special web page for Affiliate Partners, enter your User ID, User Name and Password and then book a car in the normal way. The system is very easy to follow and at the end of the process, if the client gives the ' go-ahead’, then confirm the reservation. Both you and the client will receive an e-mailed copy of the reservation request. There is no cash to handle as we charge the client at the time of collecting the vehicle.  Please note that bookings can only be made online more than 24 hours in advance. If you require a car in less than 24 hours, you can ring our Reservation Hotline every day between 08:00 and 20:00 on  +36 1 382 9000, give your affiliate partner code and make the reservation immediately.

 

What commissions can I expect?
  

We offer standard commission structure with performance bonuses for better sales performance. As guide the starting commissions are as follows:

 

1. Own web based booking engine
All completed reservations attract a basic starting commission of 8% based on the rental price of the car. As the average rental is 4 days and the average rental fee is €35 a day, this would produce a starting commission of €11.20 with enhanced rates if you reach certain performance targets. (Nb. our car prices vary from €33-76 a day so your commission levels could be much higher than this).
 

2. Affiliate/Partner online booking
If you choose to book a car in front of you client, we recognize that this involves more work for you (but equally a greater chance of success) so we pay you a basic commission of 12% based on the rental rpice of the car. As the average rental is 4 days and the average rental fee of a basic car is €35 a day, this would produce a starting commission of €16.80 with enhanced rates if you reach certain performance targets. (Nb. our car prices vary from €33-76 a day so your commission levels could be much higher than this).

 

How will I be paid?

 

We recognize that regular payment is an essential ingredient for a successful business relationship so here is how it works when you become an Affiliate Partner of Fox Autorent.

 

1. Commissions are paid on reservations which have been successfully completed by the client.

2. Each month, between the 5th - 10th, we prepare a statement of successful reservations which we send to you by e-mail showing the individal rental fees and commissions payable including any performance bonus if payable.

3. You then prepare an invoice which must be sent to us by mail. (Hungarian Tax Law).

4. Payment is made within 14 days of its receipt.

5. If you have earned less than €100 in commission, then this is held over until this figure is reached.
